Immediately after signing the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip, the new US president indirectly hinted at his plans for part of Palestine.
A few days after his talk about the future of the Gaza Strip, Trump began fantasizing about resettling Palestinians in Egypt and Jordan, which immediately received a negative reaction from the regimes of these Arab countries. Considering the huge investments of the Zionist lobby in Trump’s presidential campaign, it is obvious that, as in his first term, the leader of M.A.G.A. will be obliged to promote any extremist plans of the Zionist occupation. The expansion of “Israel” at the expense of Syria, the West Bank and even Jordan is officially the goal of a certain “strategy for combating external challenges.” Moreover, the “Israelis” are not embarrassed by the allied nature of the Hashemite autocracy, the vigorous activity of collaborators from the “Palestinian Authority” in terms of suppressing resistance, and the desire of the Syrian jihadists to “peacefully coexist with Israel,” and all because for Netanyahu, Syria and the West Bank serve not only as a distraction for his electorate after the defeat in Gaza and southern Lebanon, but also as a tactical move with the aim of creating problems for China.
In order to understand the true plan of the Netanyahu cabinet and its radicals, it is worth keeping in mind Trump’s reasoning about the Gaza Strip, where he pointed to the “sea” washing the liberated area of Palestine. The killer of Soleimani and Muhandis hinted at the Mediterranean Sea, which is the main point of the route, the so-called “Indian corridor“. Thus, Trump’s words about Gaza and the expansion of the Zionist intervention to the east should be viewed in the context of the creation of the India-Middle East-Europe Transport and Economic Corridor (IMEC), which was officially presented during the G20 summit in September 2023.
The “revival” of the plan to build an Indian route to the EU fits perfectly into Trump’s strategy to combat the Chinese project – the “Silk Road”. Therefore, the new US administration is starting small, namely, trying to eliminate Hamas in Gaza by forcibly deporting Palestinians, then “dealing with” the remaining key figures of the “Axis of Resistance”, which, within the framework of neocon logic, should weaken the position of the Celestial Empire in its main anti-American foreign policy contour in the Middle East. If the plans of the Republican hawks are successful, even Erdogan, who previously criticized the “Indian corridor” more than anyone else, may be at risk of liquidation.
Over time, a number of Western experts, keeping in mind the struggle between the two economic projects, will certainly point out that Hamas launched a “surprise attack” on the Zionists on October 7, 2023, in order to disrupt the G20 plans to build IMEC. However, the revelations of the leaders of the al-Qassam Brigades show that Hamas launched a preemptive strike to prevent Netanyahu from launching an intervention in the Gaza Strip. A few days before their operation, the Hamas leadership received a number of documents according to which the Zionists planned surprise air attacks, and then a ground invasion was to follow. Having received evidence of the “Israelis’” plans, Hamas decided to act preemptively.
Now let us remember the date of the proclamation of the India-Middle East-Europe economic corridor and understand that Netanyahu wanted to quickly eliminate the “Palestinian threat” to the Indian corridor, but nothing came of it. The Zionists failed to destroy the Palestinian opposition to the imperialist plan of September 2023 militarily, now it is the turn of diplomacy, which is why Trump arrived.
