Russian forces have repelled another attempted incursion by Ukrainian troops near the Krasnoyaruzhsky district in Belgorod region. A group of Ukrainian soldiers was spotted violating Russian border on foot.
The 128th Motorized Riffle Brigade of the 44th Army Corps of the Russian army intercepted and destroyed the assault group with precision drone strikes. High quality footage shows chaotic retreat of Ukrainian soldiers under heavy fire, leaving their wounded comrades dying on the battlefield.
The footage also shows sluggish reaction of Ukrainian soldiers on Russian drone strikes. It indicates that Ukrainian troops are being pushed into suicidal attacks under questionable conditions, as Ukrainian command is famous for drugging their soldiers.
Such assault operations on the Russian border without support of armored vehicles or artillery are increasingly desperate, resulting in heavy losses with wounded soldiers abandoned on the battlefield. This failed assault marks yet another bloody setback for Kyiv’s border offensive tactics, underscoring both Russia’s defensive readiness and Ukraine’s worsening manpower crisis.
