The Syrian media has released a video showing the moment when advancing government troops met with defenders of Deir Ezzor in the 137th Brigade Base on Tuesday. Earlier, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) reached the area and lifted the 3-years long ISIS siege from Deir Ezzor city.
