As a result of the strikes of the Russian armed forces, 83 ground objects of the military infrastructure of Ukraine were put out of operation, including at least 11 airfields of the Ukrainian Air Force, 3 command posts, a base of the naval forces of Ukraine, as well as 18 radar stations of the S-300 and Buk -M1 anti–aircraft missile defense systems. In Eastern Ukraine, according to the Russian military officials, the soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine avoid armed clashes and agree on the creation of exit corridors in the zone of the operation.

The DPR and LPR troops continue their counter-offensives against the UAF units with fire support from the Russian armed forces.

Forces of the DPR have successfully advanced 7 km towards the village of Volnovakha in the area of Dokuchaevsk. Several settlements have been liberated, the UAF in this area are lost and disorganized.

At least, 14 soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine surrendered on the DPR front lines. The Russian military command said that after taking their subscription to renounce hostilities, they would all be released.
As a result of pilot’s mistake, a Russian Su-25 attack aircraft crashed, the Russian Defense Ministry said. The pilot survived. According to local reports, the aircraft crashed in the Ostrogozhsky district.
The LPR forces overcame fierce resistance and advanced 1 km near the village of Stepovoye.

According to the administration of the Sumy region, the Ukrainian military has lost control over the Kiev-Moscow highway in the region. The highway is completely controlled by the Russian army up to the city of Baturin in the Chernihiv region.
Clashes were reported in the towns of Akhtyrka and Konotop, as well as on the approaches to Sumy. No civilians were injured.

Despite various reports by the MSM, Belorussia does not take part in the military operation in Ukraine, but Minsk is ready to support Russia in case of any aggression on its territory.
Kiev is spreading the fake news that two Russian soldiers were captured. The photo provided to support the claims was made at a winter time, there was no snow in Eastern Ukraine for at least two weeks.

According to open sources, the UAF have at least one Russian serviceman captured. The deaths of at least two Russian soldiers were confirmed by the videos. 4 servicemen of the LPR were reportedly captured. However, the claims are yet to be confirmed.
Russian troops do not target civilian infrastructure, residential buildings, as well as social facilities of the Ukrainian military garrisons, including barracks and residential buildings, in order to avoid casualties among Ukrainian military personnel and their family members.
Russian Defense Ministry Sergey Shoigu ordered to all unit commanders to treat Ukrainian servicemen with respect.
“Taking into account the fact that the servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, unlike the nationalists, took the oath to the Ukrainian people and obeyed orders, treat them with respect. I ordered to work out the creation of safe corridors for the safe exit of Ukrainian servicemen who have laid down their arms from the areas of the operation to their families”
