U.S. President Donald Trump has threatened Iran with a “very fast, very hard” response to any attack on Americans, or American assets.
The President revealed early on January 5 that the U.S. has prepared 52 targets to strike in Iran, including targets that are significant to Iranian culture.
“We have targeted 52 Iranian sites (representing the 52 American hostages taken by Iran many years ago), some at a very high level and important to Iran and the Iranian culture, and those targets, and Iran itself, will be hit very fast and very hard. The USA wants no more threats!” Trump said on Twitter.
The United States just spent Two Trillion Dollars on Military Equipment. We are the biggest and by far the BEST in the World! If Iran attacks an American Base, or any American, we will be sending some of that brand new beautiful equipment their way…and without hesitation!

Iran had vowed to avenge Quds Force commander Maj. Gen. Qassim Soleimani, who was killed in U.S. airstrikes on the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, on January 3.
A day earlier, a commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said that 35 U.S. targets in the Middle East and Tel Aviv are within the reach of Iranian forces, stressing that the U.S. and Israel must be in a state of panic over the assassination of Soleimani.
Trump’s new warning was widely criticized as it included threats to Iranian cultural sites, which is another violation of international laws. However, this criticism will not likely stop Trump from carrying on with his plan, as he has already confirmed his determination to pressure Iran at any cost.
