On January 14, another tragedy took place in Ukraine. LINK A multi-storey civilian building was destroyed in the city of Dnipro (Dnepropetrovsk) during the recent massive Russian missile attack on military and energy facilities in Ukraine. The real reason of the incident will likely never be recognized by the Kiev regime. So far, the available information about the incident indicates that the building was destroyed as a result of the work of the Ukrainian air defense forces.
On January 15, the head of the regional council Nikolay Lukashuk confirmed that 21 people were killed as a result of the incident, including a child. The number of wounded reached 73 citizens, among whom there are 14 minors. The fate of 35 people is still unknown. The rescue operation continues.
Immediately after the building collapsed, the Kiev regime supported by the Ukrainian media traditionally blamed Russian forces of killing civilians. Zelensky used the tragedy to beg for more weapons from his Western patrons. The Russian military were accused without any investigation and without any evidence.
However, despite all the attempts of Ukrainian propagandists to create an image of ‘cruel Russian invaders’ who came to Ukraine to commit genocide of the Ukrainian people, almost a year of war proved that the Russian, DPR and LPR forces do not conduct hostilities against the civilian population, and they also do everything possible to save the live of every civilian in the combat zone.
The tragedy in Dnipro became an explicit example of the work of Ukrainian propaganda. However, Kiev’s efforts were destroyed by claims of Adviser to the head of the office of Vladimir Zelensky, Alexey Arestovich. In his interview on January 14, Arestovich claimed that the Russian missile fell on the residential building and exploded after it was intercepted by the Ukrainian air defense system.
The Ukrainian political official met a wave of criticism launched by the Ukrainian population which has been brainwashed by Ukrainian media and could not believe that the Ukrainian military is indeed killing its own civilians. Arestovich was also harshly humiliated by the local authorities after he destroyed the fairytale promoted by the Kiev regime. The mayor of Dnipro called Arestovich a “potty mouth”:
“From the very first day, I said that Arestovich is a narcissistic bastard and a potty mouth. But someone from the Office of the President is clearly betting on him. Sorry, I couldn’t resist, but the SBU and counterintelligence are obliged to respond,” the mayor wrote on the social networks.
Arestovich hastened to whitewash himself and wrote a reply post, assuring his audience that no one would blame Kiev for the tragedy like no one did blame Ukraine for killing two Polish citizens with its S-300 missile on the Polish territory.
At the same time, Arestovich did not deny the fact that the building in Dnipro was destroyed by the intercepted missile. He only attempted to interpret the tragedy in favor of the Kiev regime. ‘If there were no Russian missile, Ukrainian forces would not shot it over the city.’
Such a position makes the Kiev regime feel unpunished for any crimes. Ukrainians are free to kill civilians because the Russians launched the military operation. Ukrainians are free to murder the POWs because the later came to Ukraine. Ukrainian servicemen are free to intercept Russian missiles over the cities, killing dozens of innocent civilians, because Russian forces launched that missile.
The fact that the Russian special military operation in Ukraine is conducted with the minimum damage to civilians is ignored by Kiev and its NATO patrons. The missile targeted a military or energy infrastructure facility. It would kill no civilians if it had reached its target.
Moreover, a brief analysis of the work of Ukrainian air defence means reveals that the tragedy in Dnipro was not an accident and could be easily avoided by Ukrainian forces.
According to Areshovich’s claims, the missile in question was the Russian-made Kh-22 large, long-range anti-ship missile. It has a speed of more than 1 km per second. Ukrainian forces have all means to identify Russian missiles in advance. Moreover, they receive all the necessary data from NATO intelligence. Ukrainian S-300 air defense systems can intercept targets at a range of up to 200 km. Its missiles have a speed twice higher than those of the Kh-22. It means that the operator of the Ukrainian air defense system had up to several minutes to assess the interception point and destroy the target.
Thus, the decision to intercept Russian missile over the city was made intentionally or it was the result of flagrant blunder of the Ukrainian military. Anyway, Ukrainian command decided not to let the Russian missile fly to its target but to intercept it over the city, assessing the bloody consequences of this decision.
Despite the attempts of the Ukrainian authorities and media to shut down Arestovich and assure the population that dozens of civilians in dnipro were intentionally killed by Russian missile, the available information and the scale of destruction confirm that the intercepted Russian missile hit the building.
This is not the first civilian building destroyed by Ukrainian forces during the Russian missile attack. For example, on November 15, another civilian building was destroyed in Kiev. LINK The footage confirmed that the house suffered less damage which the one in Dnipro. The whole is clearly seen in the building. It may be concluded that the house in Kiev was hit by Ukrainian S-300 missile.
The deaths of innocent civilians work in favor of the Kiev regime which uses them as a pretext to demand more military supplies from the West.

The employee of the Ukrainian charitable foundation wrote: – I have heard such a fierce f*** thing from the affected residents about the rescue operation, but (I’ll share it) somehow later in the future, because it does not fit very well into the atmosphere of unity that is being painted now. – Looting? – Yep – F***
It turned out that Ukrainian rescue services also do not loose their chance to make some profit. Some residents of Dnipro shared their indignation on the social networks after they spotted rescuers looting the apartments in the building destroyed by the Ukrainian air defense forces.
