The Syrian Arab Army (SAA), the Tiger Forces and their allies have liberated the settlements of Hawsh Hammad and Jaddel from militants in the district of Lajat in the southern Syrian province of Daraa, according to pro-government sources.
Meanwhile, units of the SAA has also started storming the town of Busra al-Harir, located south of the district of Lajat.
On June 23, 11 settlements were also liberated by government forces in the province of Daraa. However, all these locations peacefully surrendered to the SAA, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.
The situation in the province of Daraa has been rapidly developing since June 20. If it continues to develop in this direction, government forces have a real chance to retake the entire area northeast of the city of Daraa from militants by the end of the next week.
