Since Saturday, the Syrian Arab Army (SAA), led by the Tiger Forces, liberated the Hasan raliway station south of Tal Hasan, the third farm south of Mazyouna al-Homr and advanced south of Khirbat Aqlah, where it liberated the village of Samaljieh and the Al-Khazim Gas Station.

From its side, ISIS claimed that its members have destoryed two armed vehicles of the SAA south of the Jirah military airport.
The ISIS-linked news agency Amaq published photos showing ISIS militants targeting SAA positions at the cattle farm south of the Jirah military airport with a mortar.

Russian and Syrian warplanes and attack helicopters have carried out airstrikes on ISIS positions in the town of Maskanah and on the nearby road. Syrian helicopters have also bombed the villages of Sukariyah and al-Ja’abat and the sugar factory.
Pro-government forces, led by The Tiger Forces. have made notable gains south of the Jirah military airport, and are now in just 9 kilometers from the strategic ISIS-held town of Maskanah. The town is the main objective of the government advance and one of the most important ISIS strongholds in the Syrian desert.
