A Russian pro-government media outlet, Riafan, has released a video showing at least two OTR-21 Tochka mobile missile launch systems belonging to the Syrian military.
The system’s crews sent thanks to Russia for a military assistance to Syria and said that artillery guns and rocket artillery play an important role in the ongoing conflict.
