The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), supported by the US-led coalition, have taken control of the village of Salhabiyat cutting off the last ISIS-controlled road in the western countryside of Raqqah.
With this advance, the US-backed forces took control of two main roads east and west of the ISIS stronghold. The only way from the city controlled by ISIS is the road to the south.
