On June 12, several videos documenting recent combat operations by the Russian military in the special military operation zone were posted to social networks.
Five videos showed dozens of drone attacks from Donetsk, Kharkiv and other directions. The attacks targeted everything, from troops to positions and equipment. Two Israeli-made RADA RPS-42 Tactical Volume Surveillance Radar Systems were among the targets.
An additional video showed an airstrike on a river crossing near the settlement of Kupyansk in Kharkiv. The airstrike was carried out using a Kh-38 guided missile.
One more video from Kharkiv showed a strike with an attack by a Mi-28NM helicopter with an Izdeliye 305 guided missile on drone control and command center in the settlement of Udy.
In addition, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced in its daily briefing that missile and drone strikes inflicted damage on “on ammunition depots, strike drone manufacturing shops, storage facilities for uncrewed surface vehicles and strike UAVs [Unmanned Aerial Systems], temporary deployment areas of the AFU [Armed Forces of Ukraine] and foreign mercenaries” in 152 areas over the past 24 hours.
The ministry also said that Russian air defenses shot down two JDAM guided aerial bombs and a M142 HIMARS projectile as well as 260 fixed-wing drones, with 62 of them out of the special military operation zone.
According to the ministry, Kiev forces have lost 663 aircraft, 283 helicopters, 63,105 drones, 611 air defense systems, 23,874 tanks and other armored fighting vehicles, 1,572 multiple rocket launchers, 26,088 artillery pieces, and 36,763 support vehicles since the start of the special military operation.
