According to preliminary field reports, Russian troops have achieved another tactical victory with the liberation of Petrovka (Novospasskoe) in the Konstantinovka direction. Soldiers from the 1st and 2nd battalions of the 1465th Regiment coordinated the assault, successfully repelling Ukrainian forces and securing full control of the village. Drone footage showed the moment Russian fighters unfurled the flag of the Zabaikalsky Krai, symbolizing the coming of Petrovka to Russian authority.
Russian control of this settlement marks another step forward in the gradual tightening of pressure around Konstantinovka, a critical logistics hub for Ukrainian forces in the entire Donbass.
