On November 14, new Russian gains were reported in the Artemovsk (Bakhnut) region in the Donetsk People’s Republic. According to various reports from the front, both by Russian and Ukrainian sources, Russian forces advanced up to 2 kilometers on the western flank.
As a result of Russian attack, they took control of the territory around the Berkhovka water reservoir and advanced southward. At the same time, they advanced south-west of Yagodnoe. The recent gains allowed the Russian military to straighten the front west of the city. Russian forces are threatening the AFU in Khromovo with partial encirclement and assault on Bogdanovka.
At the same time, the Russian military continues attacks on the southern flank in Klescheevka. Russian forces are gaining a foothold in the northern part of the village, while the main part of the settlement is currently in the grey zone. Battles continue both in the village and on the outskirts and north of the settlement. In order to take control of Klescheevka, Russian forces have to capture back positions on the dominant heights in the area.
Russian counterattacks on Andreevka are yet to bring any results. Russian forces continue attempts to cross the railway and break through Ukrainian defense. Meanwhile, Kurdymovka remains under the Russian control and the frontlines remain unchanged.
