Damage in Kharkiv
The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue precision strikes on Ukrainian military infrastructure. The night of March 31st was not an exclusion.
According to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, in total, Russian forces launched 131 kamikaze UAVs and two Iskander-M ballistic missiles. Ukrainian air defense allegedly destroyed 57 UAvs, 45 decoy drones reportedly disappeared inflicting no damage.
The Ukrainian military could not hide all the damage inflicted by Russian attack. The Air Force officially confirmed damage in the Sumy, Kharkiv, Zhitomir, Kiev region, as well as in the areas of the DPR under their control.
However, independent monitoring sources confirmed more Russian strikes. Over the past day alone, they were recorded in the Sumy, Kharkiv, Zaporozhie, Kherson, Kiev, Zhitomir, Poltava, Dnepropetrovsk, Xhernihiv, Vinnitsa, Kirovograd, Mykolaiv regions and in the DPR.
A series of explosions thundered in the Kiev region, including in the capital city of Kiev, as wel as Vyshgorod, Vasilkov. According to local reports, Russian drones struck depots with ammunition and weapons on the territory of Vasilkov airfield.
The military airfield in Ozerne in the Zhitomir region came under massive attack of 12 Russian Geran-2 kamikaze UAVS. The local aircraft maintenance and repair equipment, command and control center, local communication systems, military hangars were destroyed or heavily damaged.
According to unconfirmed reports, another military airfield was struck in the Mykolaiv region.
The border Sumy region is pounded by Russian strikes all day long. Last night, two Russian Iskander-M missiles struck targets in the town of Ivot. One of the missiles was equipped with cluster warhead. It destroyed positions of the National Guard of Ukraine, inflicting losses in manpower and military vehicles.

A series of devastating strikes pounded facilities in the industrial zone of the city of Kharkiv:
Russian military monitoring sources recorded Russian strikes on Ukrainian strongholds in the Donbass. At least three Geran UAVs struck the territory of the Klych private enterprise turned into a supply point of the 5th assault brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Ukrainian UAV launch and command posts were destroyed in Druzhkovka. The hideout of the 54th separate mechanized brigade hidden in the dormitory of the Slavyansk art lyceum was struck by at least one Russian kamikaze drone. At least two drones struck production facilities of Vesco entreprise turned into a repair shop and military warehouse of the 53rd mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The Russian military stopped strikes on Ukrainian energy infrastructure after an agreement was reached on March 18; but the constant massive attacks inflict heavy damage to the Ukrainian military and industry facilities across the country.

On the other hand, the Ukrainian military continues ignoring the energy truce. Despite the statements of the Kiev regime, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continued to attack the energy infrastructure of the Russian Federation over the past day.
On the evening of March 30, the facility of the Rosseti Center – Bryanskenergo was shelled by artillery in the Bryansk region. In the evening, Ukrainian UAV struck an energy substation in the same region.
The ongoing deliberate attacks by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Russian energy facilities indicate the complete inability of the Kiev regime to meet any of its obligations related to the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine, the Russian military concluded.
