During the ARMY-2023 forum, AEROSCAN company presented a new model of the high-precision Izdelie-53 UAV, capable of detecting and hitting a target independently, according to predefined parameters. The new development combines unique technological solutions, while being very easy to operate.
Izdelie-53 is the next generation of Russian Lancet UAVs, designed for single and group attacks on the enemy targets. For swarm attacks, a special launcher was developed for several kamikaze UAVs at once. Izdelie-53 has folding wings for its placement in a transport and launch container. The UAV may be launched from a single or four-charge container and as a result, it can be effectively used both from land and, for example, from moving sea vessels. The rapid deployment of the UAV allows to quickly change the launch point, minimizes the possibility of its detection by the enemy and allows the operator to launch ammunition at a distance from the control point, including from a camouflaged position.
Thanks to modern AI systems, after launch, Izdelie-53s unite in a swarm and are used to deliver a group strike, implementing the concept of a network-centric combat operation.
The video shows that the Izdelie-53 has already been tested in the field. Russian kamikaze UAVs of the Lancet family have proven themselves well efficient during the ongoing Special military operation in Ukraine. Currently, there are already more than 400 video evidence of them destroying various enemy equipment.
Today, the Russian company is preparing for serial production of Izdelie-53s which will be soon deployed on the frontlines.
