- Australia approved the delivery of 20 Bushmaster armored vehicles;
- The Czech Republic transferred T-72M tanks and infantry fighting vehicles BWP-1;
- Slovakia sent its S-300 anti-aircraft missile systems. However, it was likely destroyed by a Russian Kalibr missile before it entered service with the AFU;
- Estonia confirmed the shipment of nine 122 mm towed D-30 howitzers and hundreds of shells;
- The British Foreign Ministry promised to strengthen the AFU with “new, heavier military equipment” and long-range missile systems, without any other details. The Times reported that London was going to provide the AFU with 155-millimeter self-propelled artillery AS-90. Ukraine was provided with Starstreak and Martlet MANPADS;
- The German Minister of Economy and the Foreign Minister promised Ukraine one hundred Leopard-1 tanks from the Bundeswehr storage bases;
- The US Senate approved a draft law on lend-lease, which will greatly simplify supplies to Ukraine;
- The Wall Street Journal wrote that the US will provide Ukraine with heavy equipment, including Soviet air defense systems;
- Despite US pressure, Turkey refused to supply Ukraine with its S-300 ADS.
