Our Website Was Attacked Day After Public Release Of US State Department Report About SouthFrontSouth Front

On August 7, SouthFront’s website (southfront.org) became a target of cyber-attack. The active phase of the attack started at around 14:30 CEST and continued for at least one hour. The website work was temporarily disrupted, but the penetrators failed to damage our infrastructure.

Fully accidentally, this attack happened a day after the US Department of State released a special report mentioning SouthFront as a pillar of “Russia’s Disinformation and Propaganda”. It looks that somebody in the Department of State or affiliated structures became sad after reading SouthFront’s response to this ‘brilliant investigation’. READ IT HERE
