- On April 8, Iran’s Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian met with Mohammad Abdulsalam, the spokesman of Ansar Allah and the head of negotiations for the Yemeni salvation government, in Oman;
- On April 8, US warplanes attacked the Manzar area in the south of Al-Hudaydah;
- Over the past three days, the Yemeni army carried out five attacks against Israeli, British, and US ships in the Red Sea, the Arabian Sea, and the Indian Ocean:
- The British ship Hope Island in the Red Sea with naval missiles;
- The Israeli affiliated ships MSC Grace F in the Indian Ocean and MSC Gina in the Arabian Sea with ballistic and cruise missiles;
- The US military ships in the Red Sea with suicide drones.
