• The Russian military declared that Russian forces created and are ensuring the security of two maritime humanitarian corridors for the safe movement of ships in the Black and Azov Seas;
• On July 28, the Ukrainian hydrographic vessel Shlyakhovik blew up on Ukrainian mine in the Bystroe estuary;
• On July 31, a home-made UAV struck the Headquarters of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in the city of Sevastopol. Five people were injured;
• On July 28, large fire was reported in the port of Odessa.
