A brief overview of the recent developments in Syria:
- The Syrian Army has repelled a counter-attack by Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, and continued its advance on Maarat al-Numan;
- The Turkish delegation in Moscow continues negotiations on the situation in Syria and Libya with the Russian side;
- An ISIS attack on positions of the Syrian Army was reported on the highway between al-Sukhna and Ash-Shula;
- Russia and Turkey continue joint patrols in northeastern Syria. e) A supposed ISIS cell threw a grendate at an SDF point in Raqqa city;
- The Turkish-based Syrian Interim Government claimed that it had sent reinforcements to Idlib.
