- On October 31, Ukraine, Turkey and the UN agreed on the movement of 14 vessels in the Black Sea within the grain deal. The Russian side did not take part in the agreement after it suspended its participation in the grain deal on October 30;
- On October 30, Russian missiles struck the training center for AFU Special Forces in Ochakovo from where the Ukrainian and British military coordinated the attack on the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol;
- Clashes between the Russian army and the AFU continue near Davidyv Brid;
- Clashes between the Russian army and the AFU continue near Sukhanove;
- Russian air defense systems shot down 4 HIMARS and Olkha rockets and 7 HARM missile near Novaya Kakhovka.
