- The first group of Palestinian prisoners, including 69 women and 21 children, were freed under the prisoner exchange deal between Hamas and Israel in Ramallah;
- The Israeli army opened fire on a group of Palestinians in Rafah and killed two Palestinians. Several others were wounded.
