- On August 24, a group of Ukrainian saboteurs landed on the western coast of the Crimean peninsula, hiding in a civilian camping, they installed;
- Ukraine flag and hastily retreated. It was reportedly destroyed by Russian fire in the sea;
- On August 23, Ukrainian forces destroyed a Russian air defence system on the western coast of Crimea;
- On August 18, Russian air defence forces shot down a Ukrainian modified S-200 missile that targeted Crimea;
- On August 22, Russian aircraft destroyed Ukrainian boat near the Zmeiny island;
- On August 22, Russian Su-30SM destroyed Ukrainian boat that conducted reconnaissance near the gas production installation in the Black Sea.
