The Taliban has carried 2 fresh attacks on positions of government forces in Afghanistan:
- The group reportedly captured 2 checkpoints in the district Qisar wounding or killing at least 19 pro-government fighters;
- The Taliban attacked a government convoy in the district Pol-e-Khomri. According to the group, a vehicle was reportedly destroyed and 13 pro-government fighters were reportedly killed.
