Pro-government forces have liberated the village of Batha in southern Aleppo and repelled a series of attacks by Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (formerly Jabhat al-Nusra, the Syrian branch of al-Qaeda) southwest of Abu al-Duhur. Meanwhile, ISIS units have attempted to reach the government-held village of Sinjar and but failed to achieve this goal. ISIS has been only able to enter the village of Duwayah.
