Throughout the night and early morning of February 7, Russian drones and missiles struck military and industrial facilities in Ukraine. In addition to missiles launched from Tu-95MS, Tu-22M3 and Su-34 aircraft, kamikaze drones were also involved in the attack. According to Ukrainian monitoring sources, Kalibr cruise missiles were also launched by the Russian Navy from the Black Sea.

The combined attack was one of the most powerful in recent times. Russian air, sea and ground-based missiles, backed by Geran UAVs simultaneously entered into the airspace of Ukraine and effectively passed through the Ukrainian air defense.

At night, Russian strikes mainly targeted Ukrainian facilities in the eastern and central parts of Ukraine. The targets were hit in the city of Novomoskovsk in the Dnipropetrovsk region, in Uman in the Cherkassy region. Russian forces also attacked airfields and other military installations in the Kirovograd region.

Damage to military barracks in the Kharkiv region

Numerous strikes were reported in the Kharkiv region. Several command posts were destroyed, as well as points of accommodation of the military personnel, as well as workshops of enterprises where Ukrainian military equipment was repaired.

A series of strikes hit the area south of Sinkovka near Kupyansk, where the AFU attempted to regroup and launch a counterattack in order to stop Russian offensive. The strikes also destroyed the AFU reserve groups that were trying to cross the Oskol River.

Near Kherson, the infrastructure and weapons of the Marines of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who were going to cross to the right bank, were destroyed.

Fire as a result of the strikes in Mykolaiv:

Early in the morning, new wave of strikes targeted the central and western regions of Ukraine.

Several targets were hit in the Khmelnitsk region. According to local reports, Russian missiles struck the Starokonstantinov area, where the airfield of the Ukrainian Air Force, which the Kiev regime was trying to prepare for the F-16 fighters, is located. Explosions thundered near Shepetovka, where one of the air defense systems of the armed forces of Ukraine was destroyed.

Russian missiles also entered the airspace of the Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv and Ternopil regions in Western Ukraine.

There were strikes on infrastructure facilities in the city of Drogobych in the Lviv region, where an oil refinery caught fire. The head of the Lviv region confirmed a large fire at one of the “industrial facilities”, which could not be extinguished for hours. Another target was the Yavorovsky training ground, where foreign mercenaries are located.

According to unofficial reports, Russian missiles hit a military airfield in Ivano-Frankivsk in the morning. The arrival of the first US F-16 fighters was also expected at this airbase.

The Ukrainian side confirmed the damage to more facilities in Mykolaiv. The deployment point of the AFU personnel, as well as one of the industrial enterprises, were reportedly destroyed there. According to local reports, the target was the Okean shipyard, where Ukrainian naval drones are being assembled and an ammunition depot is located.

More Russian strikes hit Ukrainian deployment points in Zaporizhia.

Another wave of strikes hit Mirgorod, Poltava region, where a military airport is located.

Damage in Kiev:

The capital of Ukraine also came under attack. Residents of Kiev claimed that the workshops and warehouses of the military-industrial enterprise Radar were hit in the Goloseevsky district of Kiev. This entreprise was engaged in the production and repair of radars, including for air defense systems. Military units in the forest near Boryspil airport were also a likely destroyed. Russian drones have also disabled several anti-aircraft missile launchers in Kiev. The mayor of the Ukrainian capital Klitschko also said there was no electricity in some districts on the left bank of the Dnieper River.

The Ukrainian air defense forces have once again demonstrated their complete incompetence. Videos from city surveillance cameras clearly showed the fall of Ukrainian missiles one after another right after they were launched. As a result, damage has been caused to civilian infrastructure, which Kiev media fiercely present for Russian strikes on civilians.

Almost all strikes to residential buildings are the result of the launch of old faulty S-300 anti-aircraft missiles by the Ukrainian air defense forces; but Kiev continues to blame Russia for its own crimes.

The Ukrainian air defense forces continue to shoot down targets over the heads of civilians. In Mykolaiv, the downed Geran UAV reportedly fell on an apartment building.

Obviously, the Kiev regime appreciates its military facilities more than the lives of Ukrainian civilians.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the large Russian combined attack was repelled. The summary of Ukrainian victories was personally signed by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny.

According to the General Staff of the AFU, a total of 44 missiles were launched at Ukrainian facilities, of which the Ukrainian air defense shot down 29 missiles. The attack also allegedly involved 20 kamikaze drones. All of them were allegedly launched from the territory of Crimea. The almighty Ukrainian air defense allegedly shot down 15 drones. Obviously, the statements of the Ukrainian military do not correspond to reality, and are nothing more than an attempt to hide heavy military losses.
