The Armed Forces of Ukraine are still holding control of their stronghold in Krynki in the Kherson region. Despite heavy losses, the Ukrainian military continues transferring new groups to the eastern bank of the Dnieper River.
According to the latest reports from the front, Russian forces intensified attacks on Ukrainian forces hiding in the central part of the village and in the areas nearby. As a result of recent battles, the Russian military managed to reduce Ukrainian foothold from several directions. Ukrainian military reporters claimed that Russian forces had pulled up armored vehicles to the area despite heavy shelling by Ukrainian artillery from the western bank of the Dnieper.
Both Ukrainian and foreign media admit that the battles in Krynki do not bring any results but heavy losses. The Ukrainian grouping in the Kherson region is pounded by all types of Russian weapons.
