Pro-government sources say that, a commander of the Quds Force of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Maj General Qasem Soleimani has arrived Syria in order to discuss the ongoing offensive in Aleppo. Major Duraid Abu ‘Ammar of the Syrian Arab Army’s “Tiger Forces” was likely his most important meeting. However, according to reports, Soleimani met some other Syrian military commanders.
We remind Soleimani was spotted at frontlines in southern Aleppo on among the Harakat Hezbollah al-Nujaba (Iraqi Shia paramilitary) fighters in southwestern Aleppo on September 6.
