The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (GUR) released new video of drone strikes in Ukraine. The operation was launched by so-called Prymary special unit and included drone strikes on Russian air defense system and military boats.
The targets allegedly destroyed by the Ukrainian military included two BK-16 airborne assault boats, one Raptor patrol boat and Thor air defense system. The footage shows Russian air defense trying to intercept Ukrainian drones. Thor launches several strikes. Judging by the footage, the first one passes next to the Ukrainian drone, the second explodes next to another UAV, the third strike targets another aircraft.
However, the loud claims of the Ukrainian military turned into another media victory. In fact, Ukrainian drones failed to inflict any significant damage to the boats and air defense system. The footage shared by Ukrainians confirms that the UAVs missed their targets and struck nearby.
