This map provides a general look at the military situation in southern Damascus. Syrian government forces are pressuring ISIS members in the areas of Taqadm and Hajr al-Aswad. Clashes are also ongoing in the area of the Yarmouk refugee camp.
On April 4, government forces captured a farm area west of Harj al-Aswad. However, the situation remains complicated and ISIS still has engouh capabilities to conduct counter-attacks.
