On January 13, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) officially completed Operation Northern Shield on the border with Lebanon. Since the start of the operation, the IDF had claimed that it found 6 ‘Hezbollah attack tunnels’ heading undeground from Lebanon to Israel. Despite, these the IDF provided very unclear reports about its operation and locations of 3 tunnels only were revealed.
