On February 26, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov came to Doha for a meeting with the Emir of the State of Qatar and hold talks with the Chairman of the Council of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar. At the press conference following the Doha talks, the Russian Foreign Minister made doctrinal claims on the ongoing war in Ukraine.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov once again confirmed that Russia would not be satisfied with a simple freezing of the war. This format does not eliminate the main reasons of the Special Military Operation in Ukraine and does not resolve the conflict.
Russia will not stop fighting on the front line, “we have a constitution”, — Lavrov.
Russia believes that it is impossible to reach agreements that will allow pour weapons to Ukraine with weapons. What remains of Ukraine after the conflict ends “must be freed from racist laws,” the Russian Foreign Minister stressed.
Russia welcomes the revision of the US position on the reasons for the outbreak of the conflict and is ready for further reform of Russian-American relations. The meeting of Russian and US delegations on the issue of normalizing the work of embassies will be held on February 27 in Istanbul.
The meeting in Riyadh did not include the discussion of the issue of cooperation in the field of rare earth metals.
The possible operations of companies from the United States is provided throughout Russia in accordance with the constitution.

At the same time, there are currently no prospects for dialogue with the EU. Due to the obstinacy of European burocrats, who seek to prolong the war in Ukraine at any cost. Russia is not considering any options of deploying European peacekeepers in Ukraine. US President Donald Trump said that he considers it necessary to have peacekeeping forces in Ukraine in one form or another. At the same time, he clarified that the format of this mission should be acceptable to all parties.
Macron was lying when he spoke of an urgent truce, which would allegedly be followed by a discussion of territorial issues and other settlement principles. Moscow does not agree with a deal that is aimed at achieving a single goal to arm Ukraine with Western weapons again.
Moscow is not blocking negotiations on Ukraine. The best way to resolve the conflict will be to understand its root causes, and Europe’s bet on a military solution is hopeless.
The fate of Moscow’s frozen assets will remain on the agenda of negotiations on Ukraine. Possible actions against frozen Russian assets will not go unanswered. Lavrov asked the French to clarify what international law allows the profit from Russian assets to be used to their benefit.

Moscow is demonstrating that it is not going to sacrifice its relation with China, as part of the US establishment is dreaming of breaking up Russian alliances firstly with China.
The ongoing offensive of the Russian Army on Ukrainian frontlines, strict claims of the high-ranking Russian officials and clear consistent policy of the Kremlin highlight that Moscow is not going Moscow is not going to make concessions and is ready to achieve its goals by military means.
