On September 22, the Ukrainian Nazis again struck the center of the city of Donetsk with heavy artillery. Ukrainian shells hit a market and a bus stop nearby. Markets are almost the only crowded places in the city, that’s why they remain the main targets for Ukrainian forces who do not stop daily terrorist attacks on civilians in the DPR and LPR.
The timing of the attack was also chosen in accordance with the main goal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which is to kill as many civilians as possible. That’s why the blow was struck at noon, when the market is most crowded.
As a result of the attack, at least 6 civilians were killed, including a 14 year-old boy. The final number of the dead and wounded is yet to be officially declared. 6 other civilians were wounded.
The shelling was reportedly conducted from the Ukrainian military positions to the north-west of the village of Orlovka, 20 km away from the center of Donetsk.
Another Ukrainian attack targeted the Donetsk City Administration. The AFU shelled the road near the building with NATO-made 155 mm caliber shells. NATO artillery systems are very accurate. The target of the attack was likely not the building but exactly the road. Thus, the shelling was aimed at killing as many civilians as possible. Fortunately, casualties were avoided.
These are only two of the Ukrainian attacks in the city of Donetsk. Residential areas in the DPR and LPR are constantly shelled by Ukrainian Nazis. According to the DPR Representative Office in the JCCC, on September 21, the AFU fired 296 pieces of ammunition from multiple rocket launchers, including “HIMARS” and BM-21 “Grad”, tanks, barrel artillery caliber 155, 152 and 122-mm, as well as 120-mm mortars. 10 settlements of the Republic were hit, where at least one civilian was killed and eight others were wounded.
In the LPR, the armed formations of Ukraine continued attacks with US-made HIMARS MLR at the villages of Troitskoe, Novoaydat and Svatovo. At least 18 missiles hit the settlements. As a result of the shelling, two civilians were killed and dozens others were wounded.
While the shelling continues on a daily basis, the number of precise attacks of the AFU which result in numerous civilian casualties has recently increased. Today, only two shell launched by the AFU killed at least six civilians. On September 19, only one Ukrainian attack resulted in 13 deaths. This is a clear sign that the Ukrainian attacks are of terrorist nature. They are aimed at threatening the locals, especially following the decision of the Republics to hold the referenda as soon as possible.
Another proof of the terrorist strategy of the Kiev regime is today’s attack in the city of Melitopol in the Zaporozhie region. The explosion aimed at killing civilians hit the market in the center of the city at about 10 am local time. Fortunately, this time, the attack resulted in no casualties. Six people were injured but according to the city administration, their lives are not in danger.
Representatives of the Zaporozhye region claimed that the explosion is a terrorist attack organized and carried out by the Ukrainian special services and it is directly related to the upcoming referendum. In the best terrorist traditions, the purpose of these explosions is to intimidate the civilian population.
Amid the upcoming referenda in the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhie and Kherson regions, which will be held on September 23-27, the threat of provocations by the Kiev regime is increasing. Local authorities are taking all necessary measures to ensure the safety of the voting procedure. For example, during the first four days of referenda, people could vote at home and in different public places so that there would be no crowds. At the same time, local security forces, including Russian services, continue to detect and detain Ukrainian saboteurs in the territories under the control of the L/DPR and Russia.
The coming week will be difficult for the security services in the Donbass and in the southern regions. Unfortunately, the lives of civilians are the price to pay for the right to express your will in the modern “democratic” world.
