On March 6, a terrorist attack took place in the Russian city of Berdyansk in the Zaporozhie region. An a explosive device hidden in a car killed a young woman.
The lady was taken to the hospital but she died because of her wounds. She had a daughter.
The assassination had a political goal. The victim was member of the local election commission.
The terrorist Kiev regime is trying its best to thwart the upcoming Presidential elections, including in the regions in lost two years ago. The elections will take place on March 15-17. The local authorities assured that they will secure the process, confirming that Ukrainian services are expected to launch provocations.
“We have prepared all the necessary means to ensure the safety of citizens… Therefore, we do not expect large provocation, the enemy is already much weaker today. The FSB and security forces are working here, so no one will let them roam. But isolated provocations, let’s be honest, let’s say that this is possible. But once again, we will fix everything. And the elections will be held on time without violations,” the governor of the Zaporozhie region claimed.
The local authorities have already held a referendum and local elections in the Kherson and Zaporozhie regions and gained important experience of securing such large political events. At the same time, the Ukrainian influence is weakening in these regions. Ukrainian special services have no means to launch large attacks in these areas but they still continue targeted attacks on civilians. Unfortunately, some of them result in civilian casualties.
