Reports appeared in various sources on September 8 that the ISIS terrorist group had started to withdraw elite units and heavy equipment from the strategic town of Al-Bab and its surroundings in the Syrian province of Aleppo. According to reports, ISIS forces have been heading to the province of Raqqah.
There are no photo or video evidences, proving these reports. However, if true, they clearly indicate that ISIS leadership expects an advance of the Turkey-led forces on the town in the nearest future.
We remind, Turkish-backed militants delcared a military zone in the Al-Bab countryside on September 7. This move was described by many experts as a declaration of the aim to seize this strategic area.
