Footage from the front near Donetsk shows Russian servicemen saving the life of a wounded Ukrainian who was abandoned by his comrades. The Ukrainian soldier surrendered because he could not fight against the dominant Russian forces. In response, his comrades from his own unit fired at the group in an attempt to kill the wounded Ukrainian and his Russian saviours.
Russian servicemen of the 255th regiment were filmed capturing a serviceman of the 79th Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. A wounded Ukrainian surrenders, is taken out of the battlefield and provided with first aid on the spot. At that moment, his brothers-in-arms opened fire on him with a grenade launcher.
The video confirms another attempt by the Ukrainian military to punish their comrade, whom they had previously left to die at the front.
