During one of the attempts of the Ukrainian military to counterattack on the Kherson front lines, a group of Ukrainian servicemen reportedly moved in the direction of the city of Kherson in order to attack the Russian military positions at night.
The risky operation failed. Ukrainian servicemen moving all together on-chain without any chances to hide in the Ukrainian steppes, were detected and destroyed by the Russian artillery.
According to Russian sources, the group of Ukrainian servicemen was detected by Russian surveillance complex Irony. The small portable surveillance system allows to detect military equipment at distances up to 7 km at any time, both by camera and with the use of the IR imager. The IR imager can detect a person at distances up to 2.5 km. The maximum distances measured by the laser rangefinder correspond to detection distances: 7 km for equipment and 2.5 km for humans.

Such risky and senseless military operations ordered by the Ukrainian military command lead to no gains and heavy losses.
Only on September 4, the Russian army destroyed more than 220 Ukrainian servicemen in the southern Ukrainian regions. Ukraine’s losses in the Mykolaiv-Krivoy Rog direction also amounted to 11 tanks, seven infantry fighting vehicles and eight other armored vehicles and nine pickups with heavy machine guns.
More than 30 Ukrainian servicemen were killed in the Kharkov region, where the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue their attempts to counterattack the Russian military in several settlements.
Up to 20 more Ukrainian soldiers were killed on the DPR front lines on the same day, according to the DPR military officials.
According to the Ukrainian media, as well as global MSM, Russia’s and DPR statements about heavy losses suffered by the Ukrainian military are fake. However, footage from the front and reports from the some Ukrainian authorities confirm that thousands of Ukrainian servicemen are dying almost daily. The reason is the senseless desperate operations carried out by the Ukrainian military command on the direct order of the Zelensky regime, which is striving for at least some victories on the front line. The price to be paid is not important to them.
