The Syrian Arab Army and its allies have detected and captured a large number of ISIS weapons in the villages of al- Salhia, al-Duwair, al-Kashma and Subikhan in the province of Deir Ezzor, the country’s state-run news agency SANA reported on April 3. The agency noted that some of the captured weapons had been Israeli-made.
On March 29, government forces launched a large-scale security operation in the area south of al-Mayadin in the province of Deir Ezzor. By April 3, government troops had secured the area of Faydat Aḩmad al-Hayfan. MORE DETAILS
