The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and its allies established a full control of the city of Quneitra and the nearby points, including Qahtaniyah, the Mantara dam and Al-‘Ajraf, after militants had fully surrendered weapons in the area. Thus, the only area, which formally remains in the hands of members of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham and the Free Syrian Army (FSA), is Jubata al-Khashab.
