The following report was found in the town of Rubezhnoe in the Luhansk People’s Republic. The document testifies to the execution of a serviceman Kolesnichenko by his military commander:

I bring to your attention that 04.06.2022 at 12-42 I shot soldier T. Kolesnichenko for non-compliance with a combat order (reconnaissance of the position and condition of enemy troops, public criticism of the order).
Based on the Disciplinary Status of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Article 21 and the internal regulations on the special status of volunteers with an outstanding criminal record dated 22.04.22 #4851-VI.

This is not the first report about the killing of Ukrainian serviceman by his military commander.
A lot of Ukrainian servicemen are testifying that the military commanders kill their subordinates. There are also nationalist forces who feel free to kill Ukrainian soldiers who attempt to flee from their military positions on the battlefields.
