The footage below depicts Jaish al-Izza militants downing a Syrian military helicopter at the Rahbet Khattab military base in the province of Hama. Initially, the group reported that it was a Russian helicopter. However, it was confirmed that the downed helicopter belonged to the Syrian Arab Air Forces.
The helicopter was hit by a US-supplied TOW missile.
According to pro-terrorist sources, Col. Mohamed Ali Habib was a pilot of the SA-342L Gazelle helicopter from the video.
