The Kiev regime continues terror of the civilian population in the Donbass. On the evening of October 31, Ukrainian forces launched a cruel attack aimed to kill civilians in the city of Donetsk.

The city and its outskirts came under several attacks during the day. On the evening, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) struck at the railway station in the Budenov district of Donetsk. According to preliminary reports, the attack was carried out with MLRS. As a result of the attack, a large fire broke out in the area. An echelon of fuel tanks caught fire.

The strike on the fuel tanks could be a legitimate attack on an infrastructure facility which was likely used for military supplies to the frontlines; but Ukrainian Nazis committed a cruel attack on civilians. The Ukrainian military once again used the terrorist strategy, which it has been using for years of war against the population of the Donbass.

After firefighters and emergency services came to the area of the attack to illuminate fire, Ukrainian Nazis launched another strike. In order to kill as many people as possible, the AFU used cluster munitions. The attack was presumably launches with Uragan MLRS. The strikes of about 5 rockets were recorded.

As a result of the attack, at least 5 civilians were wounded, including two employees of emergency services and two journalists, who came to spot to show the damage. According to preliminary reports, at least one civilian was killed.

Shelling of the city continues.  The mayor urged locals not to come out of shelters. Explosions are now heard in all districts of the city.

The Ukrainian military has been using the cruel terrorist strategy against civilians for years of war in the Donbass. Employes of emergency services, gas service, firefighters, ambulance workers, who are saving lives of the residents of the Donbass, are the priority targets for Ukrainian strikes.
