The press service of People’s Militia of the Donetsk People’s Militia shared new video showing the destruction of the advancing armored group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Donbass front lines.
The footage also shows the destruction the Finnish-made XA-180 armored personnel carrier also known as Pasi. It was blown up by a Russian anti-tank mine.

At the end of February 2022, Finnish Prime Minister Sanna Marin announced that Helsinki would transfer weapons and military equipment to Kiev. On October 6, Helsinki declared the ninth military aid package to Ukraine. No additional information about the content, delivery method or terms of assistance have been revealed.
Finnish XA-185 armored personnel carriers developed in 1983 were spotted in Ukraine at the end of September.
The XA-180 armored personnel carrier was developed in the early 80s by Sisu Auto in order to replace the Soviet-made BTR-60, which had been used for a long time in the land forces of the Finnish Army.
Combat weight of the vehicle is 15500 kg. The thickness of the frontal armor is 10 mm. The crew is two people. It may transfer up to sixteen fully equipped military personnel. The modification of the XA-185 may hold twenty servicemen. Pasis are equipped with the 12.7 mm machine gun NSV Utes. The maximum speed on the highway is 100 km/h, and 9 km/ h afloat.
In total, a thousand copies were produced, which, in addition to Finland, were operated by five other states. Now Ukraine has joined this list.
