On May 28, ISIS published a new video release documenting some of the attacks which were carried out by its cells in Iraq recently.
The video release, titled “Epics Makers 3,” includes horrifying footage from a number of terrorist attacks in the provinces of Saladin, Diyala, al-Anbar as well as near the capital Baghdad.
In the 10-minute video, ISIS terrorists can be seeing executing many civilians, Sunnis and Shiites, as well as tribal leaders and government service members. Most of the victims were shot in the head by the terrorists inside their homes, or in remote areas.
Eight of the victims seen in the video were executed in the town of al-Budur near the northern city of Tikrit on March 10. The perpetrators were later apprehended by Iraqi forces.
The video release also includes footage of ISIS terrorists burning and blowing up the homes, vehicles and farms of government supporters in several Iraqi areas.
Footage of several attacks by ISIS cells on Iraqi government forces, with improvised explosive devices, mortars and heavy machine guns, were also included in the release.
The video release is clearly meant to intimidate the foes of ISIS, especially Sunnis supporting the government. The terrorist group uses such propaganda materials to terrorize the locals into joining its ranks as well as to promote its influence in the country.
