Ukrainian Nazis do not stop terrorist attacks and shelling on civilians in the Donbass. On November 7, Ukrainian forces launched massive strikes on the center of the city of Donetsk. According to the updated data, 64 civilians fell victims of the bloody attack, 6 people were killed and 58 others were wounded, including three children. The killed included doctors, a paramedic and a policeman.

Specialists of the DPR Representative Office in the JCCC confirmed the massive shelling of Voroshilov district at least three times. Ukrainian forces opened fire at 16:25, 16:40 and 18:27 from their positions near the village of Selidovo. The attacks were carried out with HIMARS MLRS with M-31 fragmentation missiles.

The attack was launched from the area of responsibility of the 27th Separate Rocket Artillery Brigade of the AFU unde the command of Colonel Dmitry Khrapach.

‘The enemy used weapons supplied by NATO countries, which together with Kiev terrorize civilians and destroy the social infrastructure of the Republic,’ the DPR Representative Office in the JCCC reported.

At the same time the AFU shelled the Budyonnovsky district of Donetsk. Fire was opened from Ukrainian positions near the village of Yasnobrodovka. Ukrainian forces used the BM-27 Hurricane MLRS with 9M27F missiles with high-explosive fragmentation warheads. The attack was launched from the area of responsibility of the 59th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade of the AFU unde the command of Colonel Vinogradov Alexander Anatolyevich.

The Ukrainian military used its favorite tactic of repeated attacks. After the first strikes are launched, Ukrainian Nazis launch new attack in the same area to inflict more damage and kill as much employees of emergency services as possible. Ambulance crews, firefighters and rescuers who came to help the wounded and eliminate the consequences of the shelling themselves came under targeted rocket fire. On November 7, at least one driver of an ambulance was killed.

Russia requested an urgent open meeting of the UN Security Council in response to yesterday’s bloody shelling of the center of the capital of the Donetsk People’s Republic.

Russian Representative to the UN:

We have convened this urgent meeting in connection with another blatant violation of the norms of international humanitarian law by the Kiev regime and new evidence of its purposeful actions aimed to destroy the civilian population of Donbass. We are talking about the massive shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine of densely populated areas of Donetsk on November 7.

The Kiev regime attacked civilian facilities in the city center three times during the day, firing missiles from the HIMARS MLRS and the Hurricane MLRS. In addition to residential buildings, the building of the Department of Labor and Social Protection of the Population and a minibus were hit.

The terrorist practice of repeated strikes on the same place is firmly entrenched in the arsenal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Knowing well that emergency service personnel (rescuers, medics, police), as well as journalists, soon arrive at the firing sites, the AFU strikes repeatedly at the same areas, preventing the evacuation of the wounded and dead, as well as preventing the emergency workers from fully starting to eliminate the consequences of the shelling.

Given the fact that most of these strikes are carried out by long-range precision Western weapons, the command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine knew exactly where the strikes were being carried out, and that the targets of the attacks were not military, but civilian facilities and civilians. These are deliberate and cynical crimes that have no limitations period.

Washington is the only one who dares to call such tragedies “collateral damage”, accustomed to use this “term” to justify its own crimes and the crimes of its allies in Yugoslavia, Afghanistan and the Middle East. Even during the Iraq War in 2003, the United States made repeated shelling on the emergency and other services part of its military tactics. As we can see, the AFU are diligent students of their teachers.

On november 8, Ukrainian Nazis continued targeted attacks on civilians. Over the past day, the Representative Office reported about 22 Ukrainian strikes in the Republic. As a result of the attacks, 5 civilians were wounded in Gorlovka and in the Telmanovsky district of Donetsk.

A strike UAV dropped explosive device on a group of road workers. As a result, four civilian men were wounded. One of the targets of Ukrainian attacks was the Kalinin hospital in Donetsk.

The AFU targeted Donetsk with 15 attacks from MLRS, 155 mm artillery systems, and a strike UAV. 7 more attacks from 152 and 155 mm artillery, including with cluster warheads, targeted Gorlovka.

Amid the ongoing massive shelling, the Nazi Kiev regime continues attacks on political officials in the regions it lost. On the morning of November 8, a deputy of the People’s Council of the LPR, the former head of the LPR Representative Office in the JCCC, the former head of the People’s Militia Department of the LPR, Major General Mikhail Yurievich Filiponenko, was killed in Lugansk. An explosive device was planted in his car. As a result of the explosion, the deputy of the People’s Council received injuries incompatible with life.

This was the second assassination attempt on Filiponenko. On February 21, 2022, his car was blown up near the building of the LPR Representative Office in the JCCC. Mikhail then miraculously survived but his driver was wounded.
