A brief summary of the recent developments in the Azerbaijani-Armenian war. The town of Shusha seems to be remaining contested despite the recent claims of the Azerbaijani leadership that it is under full control of Azerbaijan.
- On September 27-November 9, 93 civilians were killed, 407 others were injured, 3326 residential buildings, 504 civilian objects, 120 apartment buildings were damaged as a result of Armenian actions, according to Azerbaijan;
- On November 8, Turkish foreign and defense Ministers met with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Baku;
- On November 9, clashes between Azerbaijan and Armenian forces were ongoing south of Martuni;
- On November 9, clashes between Azerbaijan and Armenian forces continued near Shusha;
- On November 8, Armenian air defense systems shot down a Turkish Bayraktar TB2 drone;
- On November 9, Azerbaijan artillery shelled the city of Stepanakert;
- On November 9, Azerbaijan army reportedly captured:
– Gobu Dilagarda, Yal Pirehmedli, Yuxari Yaglivend, Dilagarda, Seyid Mahmudlu and Elesgerli in the Fuzuli district;
– Demirchiler, Chanagchi, Medetkend and Signaq in the Khojaly district;
– Susanlig, Doni, Tug, Akaku and Azikh in the Khojavend district;
– Huseynalilar, Soyudlu and Ashagi Sirik in the Jabrayil district;
– Yukhari Mollu, Ashagi Mollu and Khojik in the Qubadli district;
