340 ISIS members, including 80 women and children, have surrenderd to so-called “rebels” [i.e. Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (formerly Jabhat al-Nusra) and its allies] in southern Idlib, the pro-rebel media outlet IDLIB PLUS reported on February 13. The incident allegedly took place in the area of Khuwayn Al-Kabir.

Overnight on February 13, there were reports about “400 ISIS members” captured by “Turkish-backed” rebels in southern Idlib. Local sources clearly doubt that any “moderate opposition group” is able to operate in Idlib and to avoid cooperation with Hayat Tahrir al-Sham simultaneously.
